Repair – Once the quote is approved, we begin the rebuild process.

Critical components such as the crankshaft, camshafts, engine block, and cylinder head are cleaned, measured, and machined as required.

All parts are reassembled to manufacturer specifications using only high-quality OE or OE-equivalent components.

A new timing system will be installed as part of your freshly rebuilt engine.

We then perform a full set of final checks.

Completing Your Repair

• If your engine was delivered on a pallet:
  After final checks are complete, we will arrange collection or delivery.

• If your vehicle is with us:
  We will refit the rebuilt engine, complete all service tasks, perform final checks, and carry out a thorough road test before returning your vehicle to you.
